The title is pretty self explanatory. This is the third album from New York electronic duo Evan Mast and Mike Stroud, and straight off the proverbial bat this is a plethora of electronic goodness. Seeming at one with their machines / instruments they’ve created a fantastic concoction of up-tempo tracks and beautiful synth dominated masterpieces. I’ve seen some other reviews on the internets that have criticised the lack of cohesion between the 13 tracks as you progress through the album but in my opinion this is no bad thing. What you have hear is what would resemble an electronica mix cd. There is variety, Mumtaz Khan being a perfect example, for sure and these is obscurity in tracks like Gipsy Thread, another track with has been targetted for heavy criticism elsewhere.
