when our guitarist got new pickups fitted on his guitar, (at soundcontrol) he got it back with a big ol' dent in the body with the wood showing (matt black finished guitar) which, considering the guitar was in pretty much perfect condition, probably lowered it's value considerably.
Mark being the pussy he is, didn't piss and moan. If it was my guitar, i would have.
I'll take a photo of the dent sometime.
