I gotta go to Lincolnshire to get a medical for the RAF and i was told on the phone it was *very* thorough :S
If anybody knows anyone in the forces ask them. Im goin in to be a pilot too which is supposed to be even more strict, so if you know a guy in the RAF ask him if he had a finger put in his dark places.
