I love Biffy and i love this album. Though i don't know if i'd rate it higher than Vertigo of Bliss. It is in some places alot more complex, but in others far more commercial and user-friendly than they'v ever sounded (except maybe for some of blackened sky) It, like all their albums, flows so well. With Biffy, i find it hard to put an album on to listen to one song - always sounds better as a whole album. 'Got Wrong' is one of my fave's with its christmassy chorus and guitar plucking that sounds like snow flakes. Wave upon... is just amazing and as for Theres no such thing as a jaggy snake, what more could you want from a rock song - it has all the vital elements. The highlight for me tho is at the end of 'Pause it, turn it up' when the three of them are singing - its so lovely
