it was a question, but i already knew the answer to it and it is a question i was asked on the bus before so i answered it here. the guy had a theory test at perth college and didn't understand it and i was telling him how the modes were related and the question was 'how many sharps in the E harmonic minor scale'
and considering every mode is merely an inversion of the major scale (all based on formulas) i thought i'd post here.
