Brandenburg Concerto no.4 part 1 (allegro) is 7:43 but i doubt that's what your on about cos there's nothing special about it around 2:22. there's hundreds of tracks by bach so people will need a bit more to go on, what sort of sound, what instruments playing etc. also, different recordings will be different speeds and hence different lengths.

My guess would be Bach's Toccata and Fugue but i have no idea how long that piece is.
