In one of Hunters collected Gonzo writings, (i forget which one perhaps the great Shark Hunt) there's a small story on Hemingway, his hero, and his unfortunate and rather lonely death, by suicide using a shotgun, in the small town of Ketchum. i read it again recently and the similarity is quite scary.
