hey develion that is possible but definitely get in touch with any teacher training college or uni department first. i ditched out of honours to leave with ordinary degree after talking it over with my tutor and for me it was the right thing to do. they said i could go back and do my honours whenever i liked, so i kept my options open. But open up the teacher training option before you leave as that would give you brownie points and make you look like a stable, forward planning kind of person, a good example to kids even if , like me, your sock drawer is chaos and you need lists for reminders. oh and if your diy is haphazard too! still consider teaching as a good option myself, get a chance to play in the chemistry lab again!
also you wont leave yourself in that stressful middle ground of not knowing if you will get in and whether it was the right decision. i know someone who did teaching at in dundee, i think the uni, and it was an excellent course, but that shows there is a good one in dundee anyway.
