What about more action people? If you don't like a venue, don't go, don't book gigs there. Its that simple. If your an important customer, they'll either make changes, or try and get other important customers, or maybe you'll have to accept that you weren't as important a customer as you thought you were? Theres plenty of venues around the place, I think people pretty much have to accept that your not going to get 'the one' when it comes to a venue. Move around, change every so often. If a venues good, stick with it, when it turns bad, ditch it. Simple supply and demand, its not a hard concept to think about.
