What about Michael Howard wanting to change the laws on it?
I know this can be a pretty touchy subject, people debating just when is it as seen a real live person, but I have always been pretty interested in other peoples opinions on it.
I agree it is a womans right to choose, and I don't really agree with men being able to make changes to the laws of it, as it is a choice they would never have to make, but perhaps the date it can be carried out at is a bit late.
Saying 24 weeks doesn't sound much, but when you phrase it as 6 months it has a different affect.I believe that late abortions should only be carried out in extreme cases where there are medical reasons. But then that would start a whole other debate as to which grounds were ok, as there are lots of disabled people living very normal lives.
