Dear all,

in the recent few months there have been many changes to the security at Cage, I was brought in about 7 or 8 months ago to bolster the security team, during that time the 2 regular security have either been removed or had their nights reduced.

A new security team was brought in for several reasons, many of which some of you commented on to myself about one member of security in particular.

I hoped that the new team would be better equipped to deal with the challenges faced by the venue and i myself feel that my selection was well made.

I would if possible like some feedback on what you think of the security team, the current team is largely made up of 3 doorman, there are 2 that work ver occasional nights to cover sickness etc:

The current security team is:

Andy (aka Scrimmy): The doorman who will grace your eyes on a friday and saturday from half ten, very short hair and has a liking for Hob-nobs (So im told)

Gordon (Me): Brought in as the Head Doorman of the venue, can be found in the venue Thursday, Friday and saturday, the youngest of the security team and the one that always ends up playing "bad cop"

John : Can be found working alongside me on occasion and covers any of the shifts that i cant do myself, the oldest of the security team.

The "floating" doorman:

Ross (aka Big Ross): The 6'10" gentle giants.......enough said

Chris (aka Pricey): I think everyone knows him by now
