Nope, nothing in the slightest. Basically hold your hands millimeters apart and move them in a circular motion, as if you were rubbing them together, once you build up a little warmth, pull them apart slowly, you kinda need to know how it's supposed to feel, which is a little hard to explain. That night I was across the room from a friend and i wiggled my index finger in the direction of the back of his head, he felt something touch the back of his head. (He had also stretched his aura) Then on my way home I was talking to this girl who had also done it and we both watched a white ball of light fly from a top floor window of an old house into a middle floor window. We both saw exactly the same thing, it was quite freaky.
