In my day, you'd have known your place. Back in 1997, when I was young, women didn't even have the vote or anything.

I remember during the (cold) war, we didn't have any food because of the rationing. My dad found a big patch of onions in the back garden one day. We thought we were rich! Ohh we ate like kings that day. Wasn't all good back then though, most of the time we had to eat bricks because of the rationing. We didn't have those good bricks though cause we needed them to fight the ruskies.
