I know people critise atkins but when i did it i lost a stone in a month, then christmas came and i put the weight back on (damn yorkshire pudding  ) It really does help you lose weight but its hard to stick to as you dont always feel like a fry-up first thing every morning. And despite what people think you can still have some fruit and veggies like lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, broccolli, strawberries, blueberries and all other berries.
Also kirsty, you should come to gym with me and we can be gym buds
