Yup we knows it. The shops in Dundee don't use small distributers cause all they care about is money and not music, same as most of the music INDUSTRY. Music is meant to be creative and it is these companies who kill creativity. You can get the odd good record in these shops but you can't get nearly the same selection as is actually available. These record shops actually kill creativity as most of their music is bland and the only non mainstream things they stock tend to be very much the mainstream tip of the iceberg. It is such a shame that so much brilliant music is unattainable. I'm sure that the general state of music would be a lot healthier if these shops didnt operate in the way they do as hearing such records would spark off some other kids creativity and lead to more new and diverse music and repeat process. This is all. I don't mean to come across as a snob. How is it snobby to simply love music and take pleasure in the different sounds humans have managed to create. Music is just a fucking sound and not a fashion statement. I'd also like to add that I love Hank Williams, Bartok and the Temperance Seven.

Also to Scott and Becca, there are lovely people in Dundee and a good wee music scene for the size of town it is, I've had great fun playing gigs and going out in Dundee previous to now and I hope I can do the same again. We had some great times and I hope this isn't the last of it. If felt was in Glasgow Id be there every week. If your gig was in Glasgow Id definetely be there. But im not. Im here. Please don't hate me. All I meant was I found it hard to buy the records I wanted in Dundee.
