not just that, but usually people will just work on their feet and their arms will suffer. i am a prime example of that.

wow, cool a double bass pedal. two years later, my feet are extremely fast but ica n only do extremely simple stuff with my arms cos i've not learned anything new for two years becauyse i've been too busy training my legs.

personally i would prefer not to use triggers, i'd prefer to do it the natural way, like mr lizard said until i can tune my bass trum perfectly and can play loud enough.
