Up until recently (thank fuck!) I had this fucking nut-job living across the street from me, in Magnum House, Seagate. My living room window was directly adjacent from his and this guy used to stand there pretty much all day long with his window open, shouting incoherent gibberish except for the all-too occasional 'Fuck', 'Cunt', 'Bastard', etc. The walls in my place are not very thick at all so I could hear this guy all the time, even with my TV or stereo on. This went on for about a year and as I got to know the police from calling them up to silence the fucking piece of shit, I found out that they had recieved an incredible amount of complaints about him from other folk in the area. Not only that but he thought was a secret agent and they would find him on occasions in full camouflage gear in the middle of round-abouts with a pair of binoculars. The guy was clearly deluded so I never confronted him (although a really wanted to and sink a knife into his neck) when I would see him walking about town, always wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap which covered most of his face and just added to his creepy persona. Looking out my window now it would appear the flat has new occupents for which I am extremely grateful. I was just wondering if anyone else has any tales of fucking loony tunes in their area?
