hmmmm, some interesting points there, but a 7ft tall prehistoric/genetically engineered elk is still smaller and less muscular than a decent sized elephent. the elk could potentially have trouble piercing the elephants thick hide with a broken bottle, whereas the elephant would have no problem impaling the elk with its tusks, provided it can get past the elks antlers. whatever the outcome, it's going to get very messy indeed, with neither contender coming out unscarred.
