Most likely, she typed it in all caps. The forum software automatically filters text in all-caps. In order to get something to appear in all caps, then you have to have a non-capital letter somewhere in your post, even if it's just an empty italics tag.
I find it hilarious when I manage to troll someone to the extent that they will type an angry reply in all-caps. Serious internet
