Whilst I disagree with the whole 'nanny state' mentality for the 'protection' of the public, an act or new law like this one could stop the deceptive amateur porn. The type where a girl goes to do topless modelling, then gets pressured into filming with one guy then two more guys jump out etc etc. That stuff could do with going. However great people might think it is, how would they like it if it was their friend or sister of girlfriend? "My girlfriend went to do some topless modelling last week, she got shagged by four guys in a warehouse". I can see some guys going ape sh*t if that happened, personally.
