I think babyshambles are shit, but its totally unfair to use someones addiction as a media circus. If i was an addict and woke up every morning to read a bunch of nonsense about myself, i'd be reaching for the spoon straight away. Everyone makes stupid mistakes, its pretty ignorant to demonise them for it. Everyone knows what happens to you if you take smack, yet loads of people make the concious decision to do so anyway. Surely that points to larger societal problems that can't be solved by locking someone up for getting caught. Some people like to live in a bubble and point their fingers, other people have empty lives and are offered nothing by society so they like to take drugs. Hate the problem, not the individual it affects far worse than yourself.
