I know exactly what you mean, it does always come down to the amount of requests. I know how it feels to get hundreds of requests in a night.
However, what I have noticed is that there is usually a couple of people that will put in loads of requests for the same songs (or convince their mates to) just to get there stuff played.
Obviously as the year’s progress, music changes and new crowds come in, it is something we have to accept. I think it’s just that people like Dave and I have trouble thinking of ourselves as the ‘Older’ crowd.
