She maybe doesn't do a traditional kind of workbut I believe she gets the state papers sent to her every day and does what ever she does with them.
She also makes a lot of official visits all over the world which may not seem as hard as the work most people do but I'm sure it's not straightforward.
I don't think it's fair to say that she hasn't worked a day in her life it may not seem like the same sort of work as you or I do but personally I'm glad that I have the option to do what i want when I want without having it all planned a year in advance. I wouldn't trade my freedom in for all the money in the world.
