Have a look at The Balcony entry. Thats the kind of thing I had in mind, see the categories working from the roots up too. That kind of template for venue, if you look the "Scottish_Venues" now looks at that, and Balcony looks back to Category:Scottish_Venues and Categoryundee_Venues

I dont know if we want to change the Scottish_Venues to have just a list of cities with links to their "category:*city*_Venues" or what, but its probably fine as is until mor einfo gets plugged in
