I can't wait for the first lawsuit:

"I threw my controller and hit my wife in the head so Nintendo should give me eleventy billion dollars"

Every game starts with a big screen saying make sure its strapped on and no ones around you and you are interrupted quite a bit on loading screens if playing for a while to go take a break. Any strap faults should obviously be sorted but if someone has played for 4 hours and the controller flies 3 inches out of their sweaty hands and breaks a glass then its their own fault.
