Probably not. It's mainly for movies and other downloads as far as I am aware.

It all depends on whether Microsoft will allow developers to have extra features which are only available on the bigger hard drive. At the moment, you're allowed to have game features that require a hard drive, but your game has to work without the hard drive, so this might be an option in future, it depends on what Microsoft wants really.
