No you are not. Clearly you have deep rooted predjudices. Whats the first thing that a university education should have taught you? Do not study a subject when you have a one sided opinion as your conclusion will be biased from the start. Also you refer to Religion but what you actualy seem to mean is Christianity.
Mate, you have proved my statement at the start by 10 fold. Rather than accusing non believers of being sinners you have called all believers idiots and fools.
Hell, the bible is full of contradictions, pointing them out from an internet web page is nothing special. Best use Ned Flanders line from the Simpsons
"i've done all the stuff the Bible tells me Lord, even the stuff that contradicts the other stuff!"
And when you do point them out make sure you say which bible you are getting it from. Theres TONNES of them, each one with their own politicaly motivated writters back from the times of Caeser Augustus and the fomation of the Roman Empire up to King James and Union of the British Crowns.
The bible is written my men (ie mortals) and is therefore falible. What is important is faith, not words in a book.
You are right that it is appauling that someones faith can lead them to justify evil acts but that said, evil is done everyday for many reasons other than religion.
