I enjoyed Transformers more than The Darkness! The Transformers game was better than the movie too! I would say it was a weekend rent if you were gonna be bored and didn't fancy buying another game. I think it would be an easy 500-odd gamerpoints if your into that sorta thing.

Have to say, once you gain your darkness powers and such it gets fun likes, the story is nice and grim aswell.
I suppose if your not a FPS type of person it could grate.
I've been playing more and more of them recently. Anything with a story is good for me though. I consider playing games a bit like reading a novel. The story has to be there to keep me interested most of the time.
