a) i am not religious , i just have a balanced approach b) i am familiar with natural selection being of a biology background - what ure describing is fatally flawed , because there are so many variables involved , like how those two social groups formed , and what the world is like .. it might be a situation in which the murder gang survive because they murder to eat , then you get a different situation .. so you are relying on your example that the two groups where at a stage of evolution where morals existed right?
