veganism can and will provide you with all the relevant and necessary nutrients and vitamins with a smart diet. bizarrely enough, you get protein from places other than meat, calcium from places other than milk, and iron from places other than iron bru, you unashamed fuckwit. and ironically enough (if irony is a concept you ever had a chance to learn about whilst fucking your own family members and growing extra toes) supplements are particularly unhealthy. you'd be better eating a cabbage, but for you that would be cannibalism.

for fucks sake.
