do you really think there are no meat eaters who have to take medication because they aren't getting the right amounts of various things due the their diets?
it's nothing to do with whether they eat meat or not, they just eat badly.
I'm one of them, I wouldn't be surprised if I am anaemic and have a load of other malnourishment problems. I'm just lazy when it comes to eating well.
