Aside from that: I quite like some of these - i am going to say that the guy hasnt got much copyright , to get a copyright legally covered u need to pay someone who does it it otherwise you are in the airy fairy land of "oi i said that was copyrighted give me the money i am due"...plus its an 8-bit character .. who cares...
