out of interest, what're you playing it on? maybe post it in here to save de-railing further - but I doubt it's a PC built for gaming if it's struggling with a 3 year old game.

edit: just fired it up - was getting 80fps + at 1680x1050 (WAY higher than either 360 or PS3 will do) and everything stuck up full. Really don't see any reason why a semi-decent PC wouldn't play GTA4 at least as well or better than a console. I died lots because it's not designed to like a 360 controller though
