This is completely bizarre, and is a massive headfuck.
How could he have managed to construct the living area in his cellar without anyone realising? I mean, it has plumbing, is soundproofed and has a concrete door with an electronic lock! He was taking food down and banging his daughter for 24yrs! Those kids are going to keep some psychiatrist in business forever. Imagine being 18/19 and never having seen a world outside that tiny space. I'm surprised they lived that long.
There must be a whole lot more still to come out about this.
