These two sites have links (and forum discussions on the latter) for all major sporting events pretty much. You need software such as SopCast, TVU, TVAnts etc. for most of them.

I watch NBA games every night so I thank the internet gods for streams like these!

Im watching Liverpool vs. Chelsea on SopCast channel 3611 right now - good quality.
