are you telling me that its basic compulsory equipment to wear a pope t shirt under a Celtic shirt? basic compulsory equipment is your team shirt, team shorts, team socks, boots and shin guards.

to quote the FIFA rules properly :

FIFA rules state the "competition organiser" should apply sanctions to the player involved in the event of a "political, religious or personal statement" being exposed on an undershirt.

If the SFA are choosing to do nothing, then it looks like they will get hammered as well.

The Nigerian FA were fined for one of their players wearing religious statements pretty recently in what maybe the first time it was used.
