I'll genuinely be sorry to see Sound Control go, remeber getting my first guitar out of there and I definately wouldn't want to lose music shops. I don't think it's fair to blame the customers though, surely even when price matching if Sound Control weren't making profit then that's just daft. When I bought a workstation there a few years ago the guys serving me didn't have a clue so I went away did some research on which one was best for me got some prices and the shop agreed to match the lowest one. I don't see anything wrong with asking for a reduction when you haven't been helped by the salesmen instore. That said, I wouldn't want to see any of the guys in there losing their jobs. And surely with Turnkey being a part of the overall company, internet competition can't be entirely to blame. Bad management must have played a huge part
