If you want to be taken seriously register a different e-mail address, create a myspace for the business with examples of your singing on it and without pictures of you dressed like this Clockwork Orange/Clown/Ghost character (better yet, set up your own website) and focus on work you've done rather than your HNC (it might be worth mentioning it, but it's an HNC, I wouldn't put that at the top of the list of reasons why people might want to hire you as you had done before).
Like it or not, right or wrong, people are going to think you look stupid with that e-mail and picture.
