I would say video ref's maybe a step too far, if there is a lot of niggly decisions in a game, it could extend it by about 15-20minutes.

Sitting in the stand with 2 minute breaks every 9 minutes or so would become pretty frustrating.

Having professional referee's who train, live and breathe being a referee would help. There is still gunna be human mistakes but, then what next, robot goalkeepers?

Goal line technology - YES
Pro Ref's - YES

im unsure how getting foreign referee's will help, the referee who took charge of the Man Utd Wigan game had a shocker. Some of the Spanish ref's in La Liga have been pretty harsh with the red cards this season.

Why not make Scotland lead the way with a pro referee system?
