Last night at the westport.

Id just like to say a huge thanks to all the bands that played last (y) you all played amazingly well in my mind and it was a great night.

the fight back - biggest crowd for an opening band ive seen at the westport (+people were dancing!!?!)
the punchline is murder - amazing metalcore goodness who got the crowd going
trailed in his wake - great to hear some amazing slide classiscs again and some even better new ones.
a written apology - even though they were shattered from a gig the night before they played really well and i think everyone has been hit by robs guitar atleast once now... i know i hav.
stoma - due to one of the members having a broken ankle i was promised a subdued set ... that didnt stop them going pretty crazy and gettin sledgers going!

amazing all round.

I know im not the best of promoters but everything went really well last night and its pretty much down to all my friends and the band thats helped

so thank u again: bob and morven and dave for doing the doors, bumper for his pen and change, pagie for his car services and rob,andeh,pagie,trailed in his wake and iain for the equipement.

the only thing that i felt was a downer on the evening was the steady decline of people towards the end of the night (would of been nice to keep the crowd all the way through.) and id also like to apologise to darren, i didnt hear about ur tooth til after you'd gone. im sorry.

ANYWAY - thanks to the 60+ people for coming last night and helping me break even and hav an amazing time! roll on the next gig!

Have to say that was an amazing gig.

no need to be sorry rich, wasnt your fault, plus it will be sorted soon, no worries. and yes, it was an unreal gig, great atmosphere. its the way dundee gigs should really be, great music and everyone getting into it, dancing etc. had fun.

cant wait for the legacy show when we get to play with yous all. we will have to practice a shit load and get some new stuff finished before it. also a new guitarist mabye
