Yeah pretty sure he did, the new songs were good but then again i wouldnt expect them to sound exactly like that on the finished album, i heard they are adding keyboards and child chiors into the sound on "good apollo, i'm burning star V".

I have to disagree, I thought Coheed were fucking ace. I woulda liked it if they played 'Time Consumer' + 'The Crowing' but they played 'Delirium Trigger' so I was happy cos I love that song The new stuff sounded good to me, I liked the instrumentally way the finished the set. The new album's full name is a bit of a mouthful! "Good Apollo: I'm Burning Star 4, Vol 1: In Fear Through The Eyes Of Madness" but yeah I liked what I heard. I got some pretty cool pics but I've not uploaded them yet but I will do soon. A longer set would have been better but I'm not complaining cos I got to see the entire set + get home that night, rather than have to leave early to get the bus due to my lack of driving skills I missed the first band and thought Mae were bland and instantly forgettable, well in my opinion anyway. |

Well since I only managed to get back on today after a wee while I went to see DJ Format on Wednesday night at the Lemon Tree. It was funky and sublime and a great turnout compared to last time round. Format is amazing on the decks and there was a great atmosphere of friendly funking out. Highly recommended live act
