Super Furry Animals at Fat Sams on Saturday. Really good gig. The new stuff was sounding good and they played the classics as well. Plus Gruff came on stage wearing a giant Power Rangers helmet which was cool.

oooo not saturday there but the one before - me and scott went to see Keith, Vincent Vincent and the Villans and ART BRUT at the RRooms...it was a really great gig, the bands were really animated and art brut ahhh they were amazing.
totally dynamic, kept adapting their lyrics to the situation and man what a great gig!!!

got their album, it came out today, have to admit they are better live than on cd but still a really great album : D

I liked that he sang out of his EYE!

SFA was rocking, the new stuff sounded really good and I think the new album is going to be class. Wouldn't have expected them to play Run! Christian, Run! so I was super happy about that cos it's one of my favourites.

One thing though, was that chanting from the crowd normal SFA fare? Cos it got real annoying, real quick.

Just in from LOU BARLOW

Totally amazing, no set list just going on what people shouted out and some of the best banter ever.
Played for over 2hours. well over the 11pm cerfew. totally loved it.

Hot "motherfucking" Snakes on Sunday, who were utterly pummelling and godlike, and played a much longer set than I thought they would.

There's never been that much chanting at any other SFA gig I've been to. I agree it was quite annoying.

Another thing I liked about the gig was the credits video they played at the end. It was rather funny.
