Ok not exactly Battle "Scars" but oh-my-god was anyone else there??

I thought John Frusciante was a funk guitarist, not a freaking metal shredder ?!?! The guy was a machine, as was Flea (obviously)

Point is, if you've not got a ticket for the Glasgow Green gig, buy one NOW, it's well more than worth the £40 you should pay for it.

Yeah they were pretty awful in my opinion. Then again I'm not into all this emo-hardcore-experimental rock or whatever you call it. What is the name for making noise with guitars?

The shame is, you can see there is talent and playing ability there, its just not being exploited.

Yeah, pretty much

Played a song on his own, and all the jams he was going nuts, but its what you would expect anyway. I got my ticket for August, Queens of the Stoneage confirmed and Feeder are likely to be there too, should be well worth the cash. Still lots of tickets left for it as well!! If you missed them this time, get a ticket for August and make sure you see the Chilis, they're amazing

I went the second night and i have to say that i thought they were good, no better. But John Frusciante- what a guitar player! He's in my new favourites list- Buckethead, Slash and John Frusciante- a very elite few!

I went 2 C them tha Thursday nite!

WOW!!! it was tha best gig i hav been 2 EVER!!

they had soo many cool songs 2 play - it was classic, i really liked tha whole lighting and stuff and wow Chad is my new idol - he can friggin play a set of drums well!!!

Ever see Slipknot live? The Tommy Lee-esque drum solo is amazing!!! I reckon he's better than Tommy as well!

The thing about the Chili's concert for me was it didn't live up to the hype. Although I really enjoyed it and am going to see them in August, I thought it would be much better.

Oh yeah, that was amazing! Joey isn't a patch on some death metal drummers though, his double bass sound is quite blurry and rough compared to a lot of death metal drummers. Still, his performance is unbeatable really, as no death metal band has the funds to be able to do that! Damn good live band, Slipknot

I've heard a lot of people who've said this, and personally I wouldn't agree. Why did ya think it didn't live up to the hype? I'm not meaning to sound derogatory or abusive or anything man, just I honestly thought the whole thing was flawless! Would be interested to hear anyone who didn't have 100% satisfaction's view on what wasn't there.

The reason It didnt live up to the hype for me is my mates built up going to see the chili's as the greatest gig I have ever seen. But I enjoyed going to see The Music better than the chili's!

Well... I dunno what Mars Volta were like to be honest, coz someone got me totally drunk!! *coughs - Suzy...* But RHCP totally ruled! As does my illegal video clips from my digi cam of them!! waaay!
