......are playing at the Catty on 19 May. Last time they were here they were supposed to play the Garage but it was changed to G2.

They mustn't be expecting a big turn out.

Ill defo be there anyway! That time they played the g2 100 reasons were playing the barras and possibly took a chunky slice of potential strung out gig goers with them, plus i think strung out should bring some bigger name support bands too this time.

I didnt like that band the start at all last time.

at least since its at the cathouse they might have a decent sound this time! the sound at G2 was dreadfull and strung out are the kind of band that need a good sound so they can be fully appreciated.

Strung Out was horrendous the last time they played, one of the wost gigs ever. The support was lame and then the fact that you couldn't hear either of the guitars just made Strung Out shit. And I don't mean that the guitars were quiet, I mean you couldn't hear them at all, it was like they were on mute. They'll probably have a slightly better sound at the Catty, but it's always a bit hit or miss there, and if they've got the same sound guy, well prepare to be let down.

Well, that guy at the Cathouse is dreadful- he has no idea how to make the sound good at all- when i saw Tearjerk there, it was just a wall of noise at the front- i could only appreciate it once i stayed a wee bit further back. I've played there 6 times and never had a good sound. The guy can't be arsed.
