Hey Kooj,
Cheers from coming along my man

I think the whole night was a huge success which is due to all the people that came along from Arbroath, Perth and all over. So a huge thanks to them!

It was also good to see the place absolutely packed with absolutely no Dundee bands there! Mwahahaha!!!!

Although, I was really annoyed that Cartel didnt make it until Keir and Eck came in just before we went on which, as I said to Barry, made the night even better. It kinda shows you who your real friends are. The rest of them can piss off for all I care. So much for the local scene supporting bands from other towns eh.

I'm sure you'll agree KJ, that all the bands were amazing! Underwater George played excellently. Davey's a brilliant singer. SlapHappy were shockingly on form and have got gigs sorted out with Dirtbox. Sirius proved me right by showing everyone that Quik are no where near to matching them in terms of showmanship and choruses. "You're a fucking cunt." Excellent. And the roof didn't cave in either

Dirtbox were on fire and that Dav had to help out in a short space of time. Luckily clothes were kept on as their maw and paw watched the proceedings.

Misled Youth blasted through a set (minus Lee) and did a Judas Priest cover. They are STILL the only band in Scotland to get people dancing! Roll on the Bus Drivers.

Then we went on and we all thought that it's the best gig we played. It was due to the fact that the atmosphere was so good. There was no competition, no egos just one big group of friends an new faces having a laugh. Stewart did another amazing job with the sound and we all rounded off the evening with....., well, if you were there then you knew what happened.

Also, a few bands got gigs sorted out with each other so in total the gig was excellent.

KJ, I'll phone ya tonight.

Cheers again to everyone who came along.

Adios,
Grossi
