I say GTA 3. Vice City was better in most areas except the city wasn't as good I reckon.

i dunno what to choose, vice city is pretty fucking excellent, but im tempted to choose the first one just cos i loved that when it came out and it started it all

i'm stuck between the 1st and vice city. i just loved how open the 1st one was when i got it, the complete freedom of it all. and the music and everything else on vice city just kicks ass.
gta2 was good, but i wasnt really into the graphics as much as the first one.
