Your best getting a program like Frontpage or Dreamweaver, I would use Dreamweaver. Then for hosting there are lots, for the gypsey site i used angelfire then used a URL redirector called cjb. For the hosting it really depends what stuff you are putting on the site cause angelfire is only 20 megs. heres the links n stuff:

for dreamweaver try kazaa cause i could send you the install file for most of the macromedia stuff but i can`t find it.
