Battle of the Bands

Last night was fun, we played in the battle of the bands for Fife, and it was much fun. It was the inverkeithing band that won, Tainted. Well done to them, but it was a close competition, lots of the bands were pretty good. We were ok too. We thought Gerard might get the best singer award for his pretty little voice but it was Fragile's singer that got it. Its cool anyway.

We were gonna, but werent allowed cos we're too young. So Mr greenfinger replaced us. its cos 3 of the band are only 15, im 16. What age do you need to be anyway to play in a pub... it sucks. But one benefit of being underage is underageupstage, we got a gig in the Bongo Club in Edinburgh with underage bands at the start of the year, it was really cool.

I cant wait for the show, we've sold enough tickets to cover costs now so much of the stress is taken away, now im just looking forward to playing with you guys, slaphappy, and of course, the misled youth. I'll get in touch sooner to the date with all bands involved if they are reading this, tell them when to show and stuff, hopefully we can have a nice long while together before the show, have some fun, drink some beers and set up some gear. Har Har Har.
