Diorama - "A world within a world"
Well, I was happily browsing through the "Rock and Pop" section at HMV (the edinburgh branch) when my eye happened to cast over the word "Silverchair". To my surprise a very dark and mysterious rectangle was situated under that very word. As i lifted the strange object i noticed that this was unlike any Silverchair album i had purchased before. The name printed on the cover...Diorama. Ah yes, the new Silverchair album...but wait! It's release date is not until July. How could this be? Judging by the price (a hefty £18.99) i assumed it to be an import. Without delay i ran for the checkouts and purchased the sacred treasure. Then my only challenge was rushing home and throwing it into my CD player. As i assumed my position, gently pressed play and awaited. "Across The Night" the sound of a full orchestra swirled into my brain and although a little hesitant at first, i fell in love with it and was taken away into a world within a my world just like it said it would! Sooooooo, thats how NOT to get into Big Brother! oh yeah and buy that album if you see it...or you can wait until July and get it for cheaper, its up to you ![]() |
