I think its sounding rather ace, although some bits sound quiet in parts. Also in certain songs when you play live they sound kinda 'dramatic' and you can have a wee rock to them but on the cd, they're kinda toned down a bit. But apart from that its sounding rather ace, I think you guys can only get better, also I want another copy when you add the inbetweeny bits

pretty awesome, fav track is clapton, pure ska madness mcfellows, then liberation \m/ steve danger needs to belonger, it fudging rules, overall an awesome album! u plannin on sneaking it into virgin or fopp?

just downloaded Liberation Andrew, I heard some of the CD at Robins and wasn't too keen but I've just sat and relistened to the MP3 at home and I'm impressed. Traynor could maybe do with being able to hit some slightly higher notes, but only a little wee bit. brass needs worked on a little bit, but I hear Amy made up her parts on the spot? pretty good. you guys are coping really well having restructured so recently.
all in all, I am impressed, it's a huge step forward. |

yeah most of the brass was made up basically on the spot, most of our songs are new in some respect since we've gone through so many changes recently. that's why some of it sounds a bit underpractised or whatever but we're still really happy with it
